Yoga for Beginners
Have you been considering starting yoga, but feel intimidated or don’t know where to start? Are you interested in getting your mind and body right, but don’t have a mentor? This class is made for you! Created for students with little or no yoga experience, you will learn everything from how to set up your mat, how to use props, etiquette, and the basics of many asanas, or yoga poses. This class will help students gain the confidence to join a regular class or start a practice at home.
Engage your little ones in movement and teach them relaxation techniques. Children are natural yogis; they have correct posture, breath, and attitude toward life. Introducing them to yoga at a young age endures they don’t forget this healthy way of moving, breathing, and being. This class assists children with poise, balance, strength, flexibility, and becoming centered.

Pranayama and Meditation
Explore different breath control exercises and techniques; followed by sharpening your mind using concentration exercises in a focused attention meditation.
Open to any level of practice, my asana classes are vigorous but accessible; a fusion of styles, with a strong emphasis on breath and learning to properly stabilize to protect the joints and increase flexibility. Modifications available for beginners and advanced students.
Muscle Maintenance & Mobility
The focus will be on teaching a systemic approach to soft tissue therapy for muscle restoration and mobility. Targeting the micro-tears, or adhesions, in our muscle tissue that interfere with optimal movement, can reduce joint and muscle pain as well as improve mobility.
Yin on Balls
Yin works deep into the connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body. Incorporating massage balls facilitates the release of triggers which may be impeding our mobility and causing joint pain.
Prepare yourself for a full body strength and conditioning workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer, TRX Rip Trainer, metabolic HIIT circuits, and your own body weight. All-levels encouraged!
This class balances your yoga practice by strengthening the “pulling” muscles in the back body which are often underutilized in the traditional “push” focused asana practice. We will also use the TRX as a prop to assist your inversion and arm balance practice, and as a tool for an added challenge and deeper stretches.
Acro Yoga is a great opportunity to laugh, build strength, confidence, balance, and interact with friends. Create well-being while building a positive community.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation, and manipulation of energy lines, and yoga postures to reduce muscle tension, mobilize the joints, improve circulation, and increase energy.
Alternating periods of short, intense, anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, this extreme ride provides improved athletic capacity and conditioning, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
