TRX Rip & Roll
Get a killer HIIT (High-intensity Interval Training) workout using the TRX Rip Trainer and follow it up with some restorative SMR (Self-Myofascial Release) using foam rollers and massage balls.
Engage your little ones in movement and teach them relaxation techniques. Children are natural yogis; they have correct posture, breath, and attitude toward life. Introducing them to yoga at a young age endures they don’t forget this healthy way of moving, breathing, and being. This class assists children with poise, balance, strength, flexibility, and becoming centered.
Achieve deeper backbends, inversion therapy, increase strength & flexibility, and lengthen & strengthen the spine.
Correct and Restore While Strengthening Core–A comprehensive core body workout using such traditional exercises as crunches, bicycles, pushups, planks, and more. In conjunction with the Grid Foam Roller, this class delivers challenging core workouts for all types of people, from long distance runners and endurance athletes, to Crossfit competitors and yoga enthusiasts.
Pranayama and Meditation
Explore different breath control exercises and techniques; followed by sharpening your mind using concentration exercises in a focused attention meditation.
Open to any level of practice, my Yoga classes are a fusion of styles, syncing your movements with your breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence, all while strengthening and lengthening muscles. Modifications available for beginners and advanced students.
Self Myofascial Release (SMR): Foam Rolling and Mobility
Apply self massage using a foam roller and a massage ball, releasing adhesions in the muscles that develop from overuse, trauma, and repetitive motion. This class may reduce pain and inflammation, as well as help you get your body back to peak physical performance.
TRX Full Body Conditioning
The TRX is a suspension trainer, which allows you to use your own body weight for a variety of exercises.
TRX Yoga: Create Balance
This class balances your yoga practice by stengthening the “pulling” muscles in the back body which are often underutilized in the traditional “push” focused asana practice. We will also use the TRX as a prop to assist your practice and as a tool for an added challenge.
Acro Yoga is a great opportunity to laugh, build strength, confidence, balance, and interact with friends. Create well-being while building a positive community.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation, and manipulation of energy lines, and yoga postures to reduce muscle tension, mobilize the joints, improve circulation, and increase energy.
Alternating periods of short, intense, anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, this extreme ride provides improved athletic capacity and conditioning, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
